How to Book:


If you wish to book a stall, please do the following:

  • View the Remaining Sites and decide on your site number/s.
  • Read the Market Stall Information below.
  • Complete the Booking Form below, nominating your preferred site number/s.
  • Attach your public liability insurance cover to your Booking Form.
    Or email it to, or post it to Robot Productions, PO Box 122, Annerley Qld 4103.
  • Complete your Site Payment (on the following page after you Submit your form).
  • You will receive written confirmation of your booking within 14 days.

Please note:

  • You must complete both the Booking Form and the Payment for your application to be processed.
  • If your insurance renews closer to the event, please forward your renewal prior to the event to
  • This booking process does not apply to catering stalls for example - coffee vendors, hot food vendors and ice cream vendors.

Market Stall Information:


All sites are open air. Ground surface is grass. Vendor is to provide their own shade or marquee.


All sites are 4m x 4m.
All sites have a car space behind the stall for a standard size vehicle.


Open air standard - $115 per site, incl gst
Open air corner - $145 per site, incl gst

Entry for Market Vendors is via Gate 1 off Smith Street, near the school.

Trading Hours open to public: 10am to 5pm
Set Up Times: 7am to 10am


One vehicle is permitted per booking.
Vehicle passes must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle.
There is no vehicle movement permitted during trading hours of the event.
Staff tickets and vehicle access passes will be posted to each vendor prior to the event.

Suitable Stalls:

Preferred vendors are those stocking goods or services along the lines of rockabilly, retro,
vintage, automobilia, music, art.
All brand name products must be legally licensed for sale by the vendor.
Vendors are not permitted to sell, display or promote items that are offensive or that endorse
racism, religious intolerance, hatred, gore or violence.
The organisers reserve the right to order removal of any item which may be considered offensive.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse any application and / or prohibit any vendor from

Stall presentation and safety:

Marquees and any other additional items must be pegged securely to the ground.
Marquees, clothing racks and stands, a-frame signs must be kept within the boundary of the site
so they do not create a tripping hazard for the public. Mannequins must be secured
so they do not fall over.
No animals are permitted on site.
Vendors must remove all rubbish from their site and will leave the site in its original condition.

Entry Tickets:

Two vendor entry wristbands are included in each single site.
Vendors who book more than one site will receive additional wristbands equivalent to the
number of sites booked.
Vendors requiring more than two staff tickets per site will need to purchase tickets either online
or at the event.

3. Period of insurance

I have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions.
All the information that I have given on this form is true and correct.
I hereby indemnify Redlands Rockabilly Revival, Robot Productions Pty Ltd, Redland City Council
and it's agents and / or representatives, for any loss, damage, liability or any other action
in any way resulting from my use of the Market stall area.
I am organising my payment to secure my site.
I am authorised to sell products at my stall that carry a brand name. None of my products are
replicas or unlicensed copies of brands.
I declare that none of my products are offensive and / or promote or endorse racism, religious intolerance, hatred or violence.
I will not sell food or drinks.
I will not bring any animals onto the site.
I will remove all rubbish from my site and leave the site in a tidy condition.
